Our approach is simple, we find out all your favorite ingredients and then we showcase them in a menu that is jam packed with flavor. Our menus are designed around each season, they all have textures and layers of flavor, we start with the best available products, and lastly, it’s all about technique and knowledge. Our goal is to hear your guests tell you how amazing the food was!

First & Oak does a wide array of offsite catering for events including weddings, rehearsal dinners birthdays, corporate events, charity event, wine dinners, wine pairings, bridal/baby showers, anniversary, and special occasions. We are experienced in events of all sizes from intimate gatherings to elaborate weddings and galas.
