Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners

A wedding is a special time in one’s life. We look at weddings and rehearsals as a way for our couples to showcase a part of themselves to their guests. Gathering around a table for a meal is something we have been doing for generations. Our approach is to interview our couples and find out what their favorite flavors and ingredients are. Then we present a custom menu for you to taste and make final commentary. When making a menu the same principles that influence us at our fine dining restaurant go into each event; source the best ingredients, use our knowledge and technique, each plate must have layers of flavor, and make it look beautiful! We don’t make ordinary wedding food-we look to create a memorable meal your guests will talk about for years to come.
